The residence is built in one of the oldest buildings in the city whose original construction dates back to the Middle Ages. Completely remodeled inside with quality materials and modern equipment, we have tried to maintain, where possible, the original wooden floors and ceilings.

The building was built in the seventeenth century as a hospital of the “Santa Casa da Misericórdia” to give health care to the disadvantaged classes of the city. Rebuilt inside and equipped with all modern comforts, it maintains the luminosity and freshness of the original structure.

University Residence F1

It is the largest of our residences. It has about fifty bedrooms (the vast majority with private bathroom), three kitchens, two study rooms, a library, a spacious living room and an assembly hall. Part of these rooms are located in a separate module from most social gathering areas.
